Warranty policy

Sauna Experts provides this warranty to ensure that your sauna is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use. This warranty is valid for a period of 5 years for residential use from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers:

• Structural integrity of the sauna cabin (e.g., wood panels, door, bench).
• Electric Heater 2-year manufacturer warranty

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or cosmetic imperfections caused by use or environmental factors.
• Damage due to misuse, abuse, improper installation, or neglect (e.g., not following operating guidelines).
• Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized technicians.
• Consumables like light bulbs or fuses.
• If the sauna unit is not on the level.
• If the sauna unit is not ventilated (vents closed).

How to Make a Claim

2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Sauna Experts will evaluate the claim to determine whether it qualifies under the terms of this warranty.

Resolution

• Sauna Experts may repair or replace the defective part or unit at no cost.
• If repairs are impractical, a replacement of equal value may be provided.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied. Sauna Experts’ liability is limited strictly to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product’s purchase price.
