RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and your purchase information, and mail your return to the following address:

To make a return you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive your refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
RETURNS AND RESTOCKING POLICY
Products approved for return must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in their original packaging, suitable for resale.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price of all products returned for restocking. Delivery and return transport charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return unless otherwise agreed.
The restocking fee does not apply where a product is faulty, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly supplied. This policy does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your request.
Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
