100% natural product obtained by freezing mint oil.
How to use: Place a few menthol crystals between hot sauna stones or dissolve them in water (crystals melt at around 50?C) and pour the water over the stones with a ladle. An intense, long-lasting aroma will spread in the sauna, which pleasantly refreshes and cools the skin and respiratory tract.
Important: 2-3 medium-sized menthol crystals are enough for a sauna of about 4m2 . Larger amounts may irritate the eyes and respiratory tract.
