Benefits:
- When combined with sauna heat, the effects of dry brushing are amplified—opening pores, promoting deeper toxin elimination, and enhancing post-sauna skin softness.
- Perfect for sauna users who want deeper cleansing, improved skin tone
- Sauna users love it before sauna session: kickstarts lymphatic drainage, fights against cellulite, removes dead skin cells.
- Why is this brush better than the rest: durable, naturally antibacterial due to ionic copper bristles technology.
How to Use:
Use the brush before your sauna, before your morning shower, or as part of an evening self-care ritual.
Before brushing, gently stimulate the major lymph areas: massage the sides of your neck below the ears, lightly press and massage the underarms, use light motions over the groin area. This “opens” the lymph pathways for better drainage.
Begin the dry brushing ritual: start at the palms or soles of the feet, use long, even strokes toward the heart. Brush in the direction of lymph flow. Maintain a gentle but firm pressure. Avoid sensitive areas (face, chest, décolleté). After brushing, enjoy a contrast shower or step into your sauna session for enhanced detoxification.
Brush Care:
The ionized copper bristles are naturally resistant to bacteria, so the brush requires minimal maintenance -clean once a month.
Cleaning steps:
• Fill a bowl with lukewarm water (only the bristles should touch the water).
• Add mild shampoo or a few drops of body wash.
• Optionally add one tiny drop of tea tree oil.
• Dip the brush bristles-down and gently move to dislodge dirt and skin cells.
• Rinse bristles only – avoid wetting the wooden base.
Important: Keep the wooden base dry; moisture can cause cracking or warping
Drying:
• Place the brush bristles down on a towel
• Blow dry on a cool (not hot) setting for a few minutes
• Or let it air dry completely
